CLP Power (SEHK: 0002) was planning to transform one of its 7,000 sq.ft. office floors in Shamshuipo Centre, into a multi-functional space for staff collaboration, group trainings & social evenings.

The client conducted a thorough tender process bidding Design & Build companies, AC Design was appointed on the strength of our design and competitive commercial approach.

The renovation work is currently scheduled for completion in Q1 2022.
