Lobby & façade upgrade for Towngas

An office lobby speaks volumes about a business. We’re thrilled to announce we’ve been engaged by Towngas (SEHK: 0003) as their interior design & MEP consultant, to upgrade the lobby & facade of their HQ building in North Point.

Taking inspiration from the company’s 160-year history and their uncompromising commitment to responsible business practices and staff wellbeing, the new design will reflect the brand, values & ethos, and will sure make a lasting great impression on business partners, guests and employees.

We’re very excited and look forward to seeing the final result when it completes in Q4 2023.

AC Design begin work on 25,000 sq.ft. project for Clover at ICC

Clover Aviation Capital, an international aircraft operating lessor, has yet again selected AC Design to be their Design & Build partner for their new HK headquarters in ICC.

This 25,000 sq.ft. office will be completed in Nov 2022.

HKT has appointed AC Design for their office reinstatement project

HKT (SEHK: 6823) has appointed AC Design to reinstate an additional office floor at Paramount Building in Chaiwan. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2022.

AC Design on site to deliver office project for Equiom

We’re delighted to announce works have begun on site for Equiom, a leading trust & corporate services provider in HK. This is AC Design’s 2nd project for Equiom since our last collaboration in 2016.

CLPe Solutions’ office fit-out

Having designed & built a few office spaces for CLPe Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 0002) since 2018, the client has expanded over the past couple of years, AC Design was delighted to be appointed again for this highly significant expansion project.

The fit-out project will start on site in Jul and will be due to complete in Sep 2022.
