Work with CBRE to deliver 21,600 sq.ft. new office for Philips

AC Design was tasked in collaboration with CBRE in designing a 21,600 sq.ft. office in Grand Century Place Mongkok for Philips (listed on Euronext Amsterdam & NYSE). AC Design have been assisting Philips on several major projects since 2015.

TTi has chosen AC Design for the office refurbishment of their KCC office

Techtronic Industries (TTi), a world leader in power tools (SEHK: 0669), has chosen AC Design again to design & refurbish its 11,500 sq.ft. workspace at Kowloon Commerce Centre in Kwai Chung.

The project is part of a drive to provide sufficient space for their team, while also allowing expansion for growth.

Office renovation for SCHK

We’re pleased to announce that we’re working once again with Sumitomo Corporation (Hong Kong), a prestigious international general trading corporation. We’ll be designing & renovating their 8,500 sq.ft. office at United Centre in Admiralty, and the renovation will be completed in 10 weeks.

Colourliving’s new bath show area on Lockhart Road showroom

AC Design was tasked with renovating a 300 sq.ft. bath show area in Lockhart Road Wanchai for Colourliving, a distinctive concept lifestyle store in Hong Kong. The on-site work will take 5 weeks to complete.

A fast-track school refurbishment project in Aberdeen

AC Design has been contacted by Wycombe Abbey School, a UK based independent boarding school, to renovate part of their Hong Kong campus at 17 Tin Wan Street in Aberdeen. The renovation encompass an area of 1,000 sq.ft., and is scheduled to be completed in 6 weeks.
