Bank of Communications’ office renovation

We’re excited to announce our selection as the interior design and project management partner for Bank of Communications (SEHK: 3328) (SSE: 601328), renovating one of their office floors in their headquarters office in Wanchai. Construction due to start in Q4 2021.

Deliver ExxonMobil’s 17,300 sq.ft. workplace renovation

After awarded by ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM), one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil & gas companies, as office design consultant for their office renovation at Central Plaza in Q3, we’re thrilled to announce that in Q4, we’ve won the tender contract to act as their main contractor for the construction works.

The project is 17,300 sq.ft. and is due to complete in Q4.

AC Design to design new office space for Odoo

Odoo, a business management software developer, has contacted AC Design to design & fit-out their office space of 4,500 sq.ft. at 118 Connaught Road West in Sai Ying Pun. Aside from the office, we’ll also be remodelling their lift lobby & lavatories. The project will be completed in 8 weeks.

Create new working environment for LVMH

LVMH Fashion Group has once again contacted AC Design to design & restack their office floors at 633 King’s Road in Quarry Bay. The new working environment should reflect the company culture of wellbeing & to create a strong identity to increase employee engagement.

We’re expecting construction to conclude in 14 weeks.

LIM appoints AC Design to renovate their office

LIM Advisors, a hedge fund management company, is planning to renovate their office at Ruttonjee House in Central. AC Design will be designing & building the office, and construction work will end in 6 weeks.
